This week on the podcast I sat down with the VP of Streaming at Sales at Roc Nation, Ryan Hobbs. Ryan and I have known each other since 2011 when we were working on digital marketing campaigns for Universal Motown. Since then, Ryan has gone on to work at some of the biggest labels like Capitol Records and RCA, helping break artists both big and small.
