le’Roy Benros is the VP of A&R for First Access Entertainment as well as the manager for Lion Babe, an American R&B duo from New York City, consisting of singer Jillian Hervey and record producer Lucas Goodman. In addition to managing the group, he also runs his own company, Noizy Cricket.
