This week I got the chance to speak with Amit Nerurkar, owner of the management company face-less. Amit and I met each other last summer at a conference that Symphonic put on in Brooklyn and since then I couldn’t wait to have him on. We met up a few weeks after our initial encounter for coffee so I could pitch the idea of the podcast and he was more than willing to come on so I’m glad we were both finally able to make it happen!
In this episode, we talked about Amit’s transition from the finance world to the music business, cutting his teeth at Red Distribution, helping to run Mass Appeal, and putting out “Run The Jewels 2” with Killer Mike and El-P, to now running his management company.
